Project Information
When you work with the skin, you quickly learn that most of what shows up is a response to internal or external factors.
The skin’s main function is to be a living, breathing barrier between our internal and external environments. It’s the last organ to receive nutrients from the bloodstream and our first line of defense for external pathogens — this means it’s really important to nourish ourselves effectively to make sure that our nutrients reach all the way out to our skin.
Ingredients :
- 1-3 cup of water for every cup of tea
- 1 tablespoons HerBlend Happy Glow Tea
- 2 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of honey ( Optional )
What to do:
- Boil the water for the amount of tea you want to make. Most people consume tea up to 4 times per day since tea provides multiple benefits to the body.
- Remove the water from the stove and add 2 tablespoons of dried Happy Glow Tea Leaves for every cup of tea that you are making. Add more for a stronger concentration and less for a weaker concentration.
Instead of adding loose ingredients straight into the water, you can either use a metal ball infuser or the mesh infuser that comes with your teapot if that’s what you are using to boil the water. A reusable muslin cloth bag works great as well.
- Add the fresh lemon juice and honey to the water.
- Stir and leave to cool and infuse for 10 minutes.
- If necessary, place the sieve on top of a cup then pour the tea to remove the dried Happy Glow Tea Leaves
- Drink and enjoy!
